Dr. Shaneka Bullins is a 17-year veteran STEAM educator, who has worked within the public, private, and charter sectors of K-12 education, as well as with public and private higher education institutions. By integrating STEAM-based content and students’ cultural interests, Dr. Shaneka empowers students to address issues that impact their immediate community which, ultimately, fosters a sense of purpose and love for STEAM education.

Not being raised in a devout Christian home, Dr. Shaneka met Jesus in a very intimate way at the age of about 14 years old. The Lord told Shaneka that if she would only surrender her life to Him, He would make everything that's wrong turn into everything right! Over 20 years later, the Lord has not slack concerning His promise!

As a member of The Tabernacle LA for 16 years, Suffragan Bishop David Rhone poured liberally into Dr. Shaneka, and has guided her to see the power of the living Word when applied to our lives DAILY. It is through the abundant, unfailing promises within the Word of God that Dr. Shaneka was delivered from a difficult situation, placed on higher ground, and then blessed immeasurably with her incredible husband, Wilbert, four children: Taylor, Jae, Leigh, and Wilbert Jr., a thriving career and business, Co-Pastor the Underground Church Prayer Ministry, an incredible church family at Spirit & Truth Deliverance Tabernacle, under the leadership of our incredible visionaries and laborers in the vineyard, Pastor Stan and the beautiful and incomparable First Lady Kim Collins, strong, Godly mentorship in Apostle Dr. Robert Black & Total Worship Center, and some amazing opportunities to minister the Word of God!!
